Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancelled by 5 days prior to arrival.

The Nashville Condo has a 2-guest limit.

Not suitable for children under two years of age.

No animals, parties or smoking permitted on the premises. All guests will be asked to leave without refund.
Arranging Payment
When you're ready to book, just use the form at the bottom of the page to tell us what dates you're interested in. We will work with you to arrange payment — we can accept cash, check, or Venmo (credit card processing coming soon!). If paying by cash or Venmo, we will reserve your dates immediately upon receiving payment. If paying by check, we will block off your dates for one week to allow time for your check to arrive by mail, and then confirm your reservation.
